Are the engines in the mk3 and the mk4 the same? Are there any differences?

mk3 generally have a 7mge (n/a 3.0L I-6 200hp) or a 7mgte (single turbo 3.0L I-6 230hp) and I believe some had a 1jz (2.5L twin turbo I-6 ??hp )

mk4 turbos are 2jz engines (3.0L twin turbo 320hp)

1g-ge 2l dohc n/a
1g-gte 2l dohc turbo
7m-ge 3l dohc n/a
7m-gte 3l dohc turbo 230-250ps depending on version
1jz-gte 2.5 twin turbo 280ps

mk4's

2jz-ge 3l n/a 230ps
2jz-gte 3l turbo 280ps japanese limit, 320 american/export model
