heater valve
 

Hey there
I think my heater problem lies in the heater valve . . where can i locate this .Is it in the engine compartment or the cockpit ?

It's in the egine bay right behind the carbon canister.There is a vacuume dealie that connects to a valve on the heater hose.I can't say how to fix it properly ,as I found this after 3 hours under the dash and ripped it right off ,but now my heater works ;)

those are for the pre 93 models i think the post 93 are in the cockpit but i aint sure where

Do you have a copy of the TSRM? If so, the valve location should be well documented in the interior/heater system section.

You can get the TSRM from your local Toyota dealership. What year is your Supra?

mine is 94 but the toyota dealers over here never sold one so they dont have any .

They should be able to order it. Worst case I'm sure you could get it from a dealership in the UK. If you can tell me which model year of Mkiv you have, I can provide you with the TSRM part number.
