Default Squeeky Brakes?

I have some terribly annoying brakes that are really starting to squeek. I want to upgrade to Stillen Rotors and Metal Matrix pads, but dont quite have the cash for right now. I have stillens on my Jeep and love them and they would look badass on the supra since my wheels are so open. Any thoughts on a quick fix till I have the cash? Or better options on the upgrade?

Brandon
