Default Low idling and to an engine halt

I have a 93 supra and having problems with it. First the engine light and warning light turns on. Drove fine for a week then starts to idle very low. Low enough to kill the engine. It also seems like the power is not there anymore. I'm wondering if its the spark plugs or the distributor. Can anyone help me out with this.

Use this tech article to check the code(s) that is/are triggering the engine/warning lights:
http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/eng...bd1_codes.html
...it's as simple as jumping TE1 and E1 in the diagnostic port, turning the key on, and counting the flashes. If you post the code(s) here, we may be able to help you to resolve the condition(s) that is/are triggering the code(s).

  1. What modifications does your Supra have?
  2. When did you last change the spark plugs, and the air filter?

Default Low idling at stop

I have a 93 non turbo supra

First, my warning and engine light came on for like a week. After that the engine starts to idle very low and to a halt at stops. I was wondering if its the spark plugs or the distributor. Also, the car seems to lack power when gasing.

Can anyone help me out?

Please answer the questions I asked you above. Also, have you checked your ecu code(s) yet?

Please post back when you know which code(s) is/are stored in the ecu, and we should be able to help you troubleshoot...
