Interest in buying a Supra and need some tips.
 

Hello, my name is Mark and I am in the market for a Supra in the near future.

First I would like to applaud how helpful everybody is in this forum which is good compared to other forums. I know how hard it is to answer newbs questions sometimes when I was an experienced subaru enthusiasts.

My search for a supra has been very difficult. I know I want a manual I know I want a MKIV and I do want the TT and also preferably white in color. Through my searches I can only find a nonturbo around my price range which I dont want to spend more than 25k. My question is how much is the cost to swap a TT motor in a non turbo or maybe put a turbo in the non turbo supra. Is the cost even worth it? I have experience putting on basic boltons but never a swap so I would get it professionally done. Through my subaru years people that wanted to put a turbo in their non turbo car was such a hassle no one really did it. Any info would be great.

I am also searching in the most popular sites like cars.com, autotrader and craigslist. Is there a better site I can search? I will also be using this car for a daily driver so reliabliltity would be a factor as well. My main gaol ultimately is something with 450 to 500 WHP but that is really down the line, my goal now is to get the car.
