I don't want to start any trouble, I'm just wondering if a 97 or 98 Supra can hold it's own against a 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo.
I have a basic understanding of the older ones {93ish} but I don't see too many of the newer ones near me, so I can't get much info. And now they aren't sold from dealerships anymore, I can't get much info there either. I drive my cars hard through the corners everytime and from time to time I like to reach top speed. I don't street race but from time to time I do accelerate as quickly as possible as well as racing around country/ mountian roads for a couple of hours at a time. Now that you know what the car will be used for, can a 97 - 98 be my new work horse? I like the way they look and I like the specs. {although a little heavy} but the handling/ comfort/ reliability & performance info I seek can only come from owners. I read some threads on this site but I didn't see any real answers. Thanks. Michael |
