94tt-speed sensor and speakers?

Hey,
My 94 bone stock supra is throwing a series of codes, which traced back make it seem as if the #1 speed sensor is acting up. does anyone know where i can get one besides toyota? Also, the stock speakers are f***ed. Should i replace with fact, or are there drop in aftermarkets? i don't want to mess up the doors or modify in any way. are they worth having rebuilt?

PS, here are the codes...

MIL -71
TRAC -51
AT OD -42/89

I have all 3 factory manuals,(freakin exPENSIVE!!!)
and from what i am reading it is a cascade effect.

only symptom is the trans gets confused at times, it
cant figure out which gear to use for just a second or 2.
