hi i was woundering if a 89 turbo tranny will fit on a 2jzgte and if so will it hold up to the power. thanks

the r154 is a strong trans rated at 600-700 hp
but you will need a 1jz bellhousing
and a clutch from a 1jz
or a 500 hp clutch from a 7m

im gonna put the 2jzgte in my 89 supra and i got a a/t tranny from a 7mgte and a 5 seed from a 7mge

i dont know about the auto tranny from a 7mgte
but the 5spd from a na is a diffrent trans
you will need the one from a turbo
