Toyota Supra 7M-GE NEED HELP
My Dad and I rebuilt the motor of a 1989 toyota supra, now we put it back together completely and were not getting electricity to the EFI and the injectors are fine. We checked all connections and fuses and they all seem to be fine.
One relay however, main relay#2 located on the passenger side of the car isnt working when plugged in, but when we check it according to the book we have its fine... any ideas would help alot |

you have to have power and ground to make a relay activate. almost every time I have come across your problem it was because the 12vdc battery feed to the relay had no power. take a test light and with the relay removed 1 wire should have 12vdc. (some have 2 wires hot) check that if you feel able and shoot me an IM. I've been a mechanic for several years and specialize in electrical problems.
Good luck Roy |
