Default Looking to buy Supra Need help. Good Deal?

I've been talking this guy for around 2 months about his car Im in WI so i dont want to go and buy it now and not be able to drive it since all the snow and saltt. he is asking 3500-4500 heres the info he has given me I dont know much about cars what are these mods that he has done if somone can explain them to me? and rebuilt engine idk my father dosent want buy some mexicans ricer car I dont feel this is one them. help me out if you can

its got a new rebuilt motor with only about 5000 miles on it. the body has 120000 miles and there are lots of new parts. its got a removable hard top (targa top). no no rust or leaks of any kind. i am selling the parts car with it so the total cost is $4500 but the parts car is no charge. the good supra has new brakes and tires on it only as many miles as the motor. the motor is bored 40 over and has a new alternator and motor mounts. all the manual conversion parts are going with it in the parts car too. new spark plugs, wires, rotor, new fuel injectors, with new hardware on the fuel rail. all new gaskets and seals. hks head gasket and arp head bolts. also has new muffler. the car is pushing about 220 to 240 hp. there are no problems with it and i am selling because i am going to school and need tuition money. i have owned it for about 1.5 years and only drove it a couple of months. it never touched snow or salt. always stored in the garage. heres link with more pics 1989 supra
