When I first got my Supra, the washer nozzles did not work. But, I could hear the motors running when I pressed the buttons (one for the windshield, one for the rear glass). When I pulled the motors out of the reservoir, and they are held in simply with grommets, I found the bottom of the reservoir was plugged with sediment and dirt. I cleaned it out, and now they work just fine. BTW, on my '88 MK III, both motors plug into a common reservoir.
