Well, if you (or someone with your car problems) came into my shop (or towed their car in), I would charge you $75
to figure out your problem, (if we could find it within 2 hrs). See if you can find a good diagnostic shop to help you. We do smog repairs all day, so if you have smog inspections there, then those type of repair shops will be better at figuring things out.
