How much to make 11 sec Supra?

I've loved Supras every since I became obsessed with cars. I'm really thinking of getting a '93 or so Supra (no turbo - putting an aftermarket one on anyways) and I want it to do 11's while still being street legal. Realisticly, how much would this cost me, and I do mean EVERYTHING to get a 93 with SUBSTANCIAL mileage to be fairly reliable (as reliable as a modded supra can be) and still run in the mid 11's? Thanks in advance for all your help.

Sorry if any of the text i put sounds kinda *dumb* I'm very unfamiliar with Supras except for the fact that they can put out Nuts HP =) Thanks in advance for advice.

it will cost you a arm and a leg and i dot no if it will be legal depends where u live

they do sell horsepower packages, suppose to give you everything you eed, and of course the bigger the horse power kit , the more money your going to spend.
