No. You need to pull the trans and re-seal it.

Thanks for the response. Man, transmission repair is not cheap.
Anyway, I was trying to find the filler plug to check the fluid level. Any idea where this is located? I think I found it but not sure- Is it located on the drivers side center of the drain plug? This plug will not budge so I wanted to make sure it's the right one before I start bustin my knuckles!
