7MGE and 7MGTE: Interchangeable cylinder heads?

Does anyone know if I can put the turbo head and cams onto a non turbo and bolt right in? No computer problems to worry about to or sensors, chips or complications? And for that matter, I drive a cressida... not the SAME car, but close. These two ... can I buy a 7mgte head and stick it on my 7mge and go or what? Any input would be appreciated
