MK II 5MGE Headers Exhuast Question
Guys, I have 1985 supra, just had all seals, valves, gaskets replaced, tires, brakes, alternator, starter, drive belts, wires, hoses, etc. Poor mans rebuilt I guess. Its running great, always has. My next project is to get new exhaust.
I had a 1983 that had 6-1 Headers and 2 inch pipe all the way out, seemed to have more power than my 1985. I'm looking to do the same thing to my 1985. Do you think its worth it? Good or bad for the car? Will it have an impact on my Horsepower, and how much? Pacesetter Headers - 6-1 - $249, labor $100-300 probably. Thats just the first leg. I'd have to go to another place to get a Hi-flo Cat, 2 inch pipes, and Magnaflow Muffler. Good or bad idea? Should I just leave manifold and replace the rest? any help/input is great! Thanks guys. Taylor
