Default No Boost!!!???

Ok I have looked through the TSRM troubleshooting and it doesnt elaborate on something as simple as no BOOST!! Stupid ? Can anyone tell me why? What to look at? Where I can find the problem?? It is a swap from JapanRacingEngines. Brought from overseas supposedly. I have done a head gasket I have changed all the sensors from thiers to my origanals of course only the ones on the engine, the wiring harness, you name it. I have either touched on it or replaced it. Got her timed 10 degrees before TDC. I have also replaced the boot between the MAS and the turbo as well as the other lines that run off of it. Compression is good. Cooling system resolved so far. Vacuum seems to be ok. I want to know why the turbo is not creating boost??...... I have spent hours on hours and cash over cash to make her run right and do whatshe is supposed to. Help me please a pro someone anyone who can tell me where to start. Also. What vacuum lines runs where and to what? <87 7-MGTE Manual> I was told by someone something about a boost controller on a wheel well. I have looked and do not find it. I need to resolve this issue. Anything helpful hit me up. PLEASE!!! She runs like a 7-MGE I miss the hiss!

I dont even have to rev the engine. But yes I can hear it spinning. Before I changed the boot on the turbo and the lines. It would lift from -4 vacuum and 0 out due to a cracked boot and slightly pinched off line. Now nothing I spent more time putting it together and double checking what I was doing. Still nothing.

At idle it is -4 psi and running up to around 3000-4000 rpm it 0's out no boost. From -4 vcm to 0 psi. Any ideas?

I actually have no exhaust on the car. All that remains is the downpipe back to right under the passenger seat. The gaskets are all new and torqued to spec too. I found a pretty major leak on the intake fixed it now I can hear the turbo spin while under load runs better too. Still the same reading and no Blow Off.
