Default Bleeders

Hello all...

My stepson and I just bought a 1987 Supra (non-turbo). We took it to the mechanic to get it checked out for safety issues, and the rear brake lines were shot. They're being replaced.

The mechanic mentioned that the front bleeder screws were stuck and he couldn't get them off. Are there any tips/tricks to getting the old ones off? If they can't be taken off, do the calipers need to be replaced in total?

We're both newbies to Supras, and I've got just a bit of experience from owning a 1987 Integra years ago.
