RED. Use Dex 3 tranny fluid. Use a turkey bayster with a 6" piece of fuel hose stuck on the end, suck out the old oil, then add the new. Drive it for an hour, then do it again. One more time, and you will have flushed out nearly all of the old oil.
If the noise is or stiffness is still there, you will need the opinion of a professional.
