I would like to buy a toyota supra mark IV, but where must i pay attention to if i want to buy one, engine problems?, bodywork? rust?

what about LHD and RHD? do you have the beter uk version in LHD? or is only the jdm version in LHD

I don’t know about the JDM MKIV the JDM MKIII has more options, digital dash, targa roof, 2.5 twin turbo. 2.0 single turbo, folding wing mirrors, leather and cloth seats and probably a lot more.
RHD & LHD can be very confusing Right hand or Left hand is reference to the steering wheel position. A right-handed (RHD) car will have the steering wheel on the right and is designed to drive on the left side of the road as in the UK. JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) as far as I know will be RHD as the Japanese also drive on the left side of the road like the UK. LINK
