PLEASE HELP No tailights everything else works

I have a 1986.5 supra and I have no tailights or license plate lights. I have checked wires, fuses and bulbs. Everything checks out, I also replaced the lamp failure module. Which did nothing for me. Does anybody have any ideas for me? Even if I can somehow just run a direct wire to the bulb? Even if it runs constant.
