Aspec to Jspec need help!!!!

Hello

I need some help before I commit to buying some parts for my car. I live in Japan and its very expensive and hard to find parts because I'm on a little island called Okinawa. The problem I have is that I do not know for sure if I can put brake Rotors from a 92 Supra w/7M, ma60 chassis in the states on my 93 (3rd gen) JDM Supra W/1G-GTEU GA70 chassis. I have all the parts priced out in autozone.com to have shipped because the shops in japan want $150 a piece for each rotor, stock! Im already pretty sure that they will work fine because I made some measurements to compare what was on the car to the parts online. I can't turn them either they're in bad shape. I just need the exta advice please!! If anyone could tell me a yes or a no it would be greatly appreciated.
