engine swap

got a question, a friend of mine has an 87' Supra with a 7mge engine. Can anyone tell me if we get all of the electronics and such if you can put a mid 90's 2JZGE or 2JZGTE in the 87' and/or what obstacles we would face doing this? will this engine fit the automatic transmission in the 87'?
