89 turbo not working.
Ok, so I drive to the shop with a brand new $45 ventilation hose in hand. I pull into the parking lot, put the car in park, and it craps out. It cranks, but won't turn over. I push it into the garage, and begin checking fuses, the fuel sender, ignition wires, fuel lines, timing, etc. with #1 at TDC, the crank lines up and so do the cams. fuel is getting to the engine, all my fuses are intact. My ignition wires are getting spark. I had to replace one spark plug, and one ground wire. Put it all back together and it runs. I pull it out of the shop and let it run in the lot for about 10 min. It's working fine. Hop in, drive home, no problems. I go to start it that evening to get milk and it's doing the same damn thing. I'm stumped. I did notice one weird thing though, it cranked and sounded like it was going to turn over, and I saw the boost guage spike to 4psi. What the hell? By the way, a little while ago, it set a knock sensor code, and an EGR code. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
