i need help asap
 

i have a 90 supra with a 1jz and it runs good except it cuts out it acts like if you were turning the key on and off realy fast in a rythem like its serging kinda it stops after three grand. if it helps im runnin a 18 psi hks turbo and its the tt motor it also runs rich thanks in advance... o and im having trouble with my starter all it does it click where can i find a new one and would dirty connections cause the starter problem?
