alright.i am planning on going 3inch straight pipe with a muffler at the end,will that take care of the problem?

No you don't understand. It's not a problem. Exhausts very commonly have water dripping out of them. It means that your Catalytic converter is working good. One of the 3 major tasks of a catalytic converter is: Oxidation of unburnt hydrobarbons to carbon dioxide and water.
