Stock Ride Height
Anyone running stock 16 " wheels/tyres with stock springs/shocks, I need to know the high from the wheel arch to the ground, both front and back. Inches will do nicely.

Checked the measurements on mine, though with the shocks being an open question not sure how much use they'll be to you.
Front: 26 3/4, 27 1/8 Rear: 26 1/4, 26 3/4 Figure the shocks are shot as a reason for the variance there, but if nothing else it'll give you an average. And those are 16" stock size tires and OEM wheels. |
Thanks for that mirage83, working on the average dimensions those measurements look about right. I should have measured myself before I started changing the wheels and suspension, but due to cash I changed the wheels first and then changed the suspension 6 months later. It looks like I've lost less than 1 inch in high, which is just about right for clearing the speed bumps on some of our UK village roads.

Yeah, if I ever get around to changing my suspension it'll be for a very small change in ride height, no more than an inch or so. Anything more than that and I think ANY Supra is likely to take undercarriage damage.
