NO TAIL LIGHTS!!!! quick fix
Whats going on, I'm new to the forum and a have a quick fix to one of your problems. maybe. on my supra the tail lights and all dash lights went out. At the time the cops where bugging for anything. i didn't know what to do so i started looking for the problem. I checked all the fuses, looked at all the relays, everything checked out good. What the hell is the problem!!! I checked the wiring diagram and tried to follow the lines but, still no luck. Fuck it! i pulled my 10gauge wire out and ran lines from the fog lights to the tail lights. it worked!!! but no tag light so i got stopped. I got home and looked again for the solution. I ran 10 gauge again to the tag lights and now there on. but the wire started heating up so thats fail. With both on different switch this fix gets old. long story short run the 10gauge wire from the fog lights to the green tag light wire and everything comes back on. IT WORKS!!! .....for now....

this is because the problem is the liscenseplate lights the tail light and the dash lights are in the same circuit and you had an open power wire that you fixed with wiring it to the fog lights.
