dont know wat happened need help !

i have a 1988 supra non turbo 7m-ge.
i was driving the other day and i went 1st 2nd then when i went for 3rd i pushed the clutch in and it grinded 3rd with the clutch all the way in! after that it wouldnt even come close to going into gear but not grinding it wouldnt find the slot it would stay in neutral. so i got it to go into 4th so i drove it home. well if u start it up and push the clutch in it goes into all gears fine except it will still grind reverse. but when you leave the clutch pushed to the floor and take it outta gear you can still hear the clutch sum wat grabbing. but when you let the clutch back out in neutral then push it back in it doesnt make the noise. i have a limited nohow about cars and very little about mk3's. if any one has any input on the matter please help me.
