Question
I am looking into buying this car and the owner posted this what is your stand point on what it would take to fix it.
the car is a 1988 The new Rebuilt Engine has 500 Miles On It. I replaced the Cold fuel injector sensore then the car was running perfect but now another sensor went out and im not sure witch one. I would love to keep this car but i need something reliable. The car cranks over fine it just dosent fire up now, its just i dont know which other sensor went out. Thank you for any help Last edited by cpbales; 09-06-2009 at 05:54 PM. Reason: needed changes |

The cold start sensor is hided behind the ECU coolant sensor (not shown in pic) The ECU sensor could relate to the non-staring problem. What could be a problem however, are the sellers diagnostic of the starting problem, which could be anything electrical or fuel related. I would ask; “how he concluded it is another sensor problem.”
