help, i thing the timing is off.
i've been working with my brother on his 1990 supra. we changed seals, plugs, plug wires, head gasket, and so on. we finally got it buttoned up and went to start it, but its running really rough. we were told that its most likely the timing, but we can't get it to smooth out, and it won't idle. any ideas?

Is it a turbo or N/A? If it's a turbo, check the CPS since if it's off even a little bit it will cause the engine to run like crap if it runs at all.
