Default slopy shifter and throw bearing laying on pressure plate

I have a 1986 supra with a 1992 manuel trans in it converted from a auto. The shifter seems slopy for a top loader and the throw out brearing is making noise when it is in not in gear and clutch in not ingauged I know the sound is the throw out bearing laying on the pressure plate. Clutch ,pressure plate, and throw bearing are new. my budys and I did the convertion so I know it is done right.
