Heater or Fan not working..please help

I have a 1985 Supra. This morning, the coldest morning yet of course, i turned on my car to warm it up. The fan is not blowing at all. I can feel heat trickling out whichever vent I choose, but its not blowing air. The fan speed switch doesn't do anything at all no matter which setting I choose.

is the fan busted or is there something I can do? Any help would be great!
