Mabie the air blower motor or a stick/junk rubbing the squirrel cage as it turns. Do you have the same noise when the blower is off ? Some cars squeak when the clutch or brake pedal is pressed. Other squeaks/squeals come from under the engine hood like pulley bearings, loose or worn out or oil fouled fan belts. Another whistling sound is when the black rubber triangle at the front of the door windows needs adjusting. It has a metal band imbedded in it and can be squeezed together slightly with the window down to grip and seal against the glass better but don't collapse the gap closed tight (too much adjustment).
