Should I sell my 90 Turbo?
I have an excellent condition 90 dark blue Turbo with only 71,500 miles on it. Car spent most of it's life in the garage. I bought another vehicle and really can't afford two cars, so I have been toying with the idea of selling my Supra for over a year. Someone offered me $9000 and I already took a deposit. Now I am having second thoughts. I could use the money, but I am emotionally attached to the car. I have put a lot of money into it, babied it, and kept it looking brand new all these years. A lot of money, sweat, blood, and tears was put into this thing. I will miss the car. It will feel like losing a limb. But I could use the money very badly. Any thoughts about this? I really am not sure what to do. I can't afford to insure two cars and deal with all the maintenance etc.
This car is a stock dark blue turbo and I know they are rare. No mods at all. Just a mint condition time capsule. Should I ask for more money? I have put up adds on Craigs and cars.com asking $9500. Very few offers. For example, on cars.com it said over 7000 people looked at my ad and ONE PERSON called?! Is $9000 the most I will ever get for the vehicle? |
