hey
 welcome to the forumwell if you are going to put a metal head gasket on make sure that you get your machine shop to do a mirror finish on your head and block in preparation for the mhg, also it's best to have arp head studs as well or at least brand new head bolts from toyota... i would rather suggest arp's tho timing on the 7m is real easy which part are you not sure of? the belt or the cam position sensor?
