here something to think about. a turbo runs off of exhaust and when the car is started, no exhaust yet but the engine needs air to run. so the engine will suck in air creating a vaccum, thus reading neg boost. once its running and pushing out exhaust making the turbo spin, the gauge will read positive pressure

well, what about when the car is reved up? My trubo guage does not read uno matter how long you hold the gas down. It only reads when I am going.

pretty much any turbo car should be pulling vaccum at idle...even cruising at low rpms. ive never ridden in a turbo supra but in a grand national it would hardly get to boost...unless he hit the gas kinda hard. would get to about 0 at normal aceleration. and vaccum while cruising. My car also has that waterfall sound...im guessing thats air trapped in the heater core?

The boost guage reads negitive 4, then 0, then a midway line, then +8. That's it. I tried to figure out how to post a pic, but having trouble.
