Default 1jz-gte twin turbo conversion

I own a jza70 supra and im thinking of doing a turbo conversion on it but keeping it twin turbo i was wondering if anyone has tried this and what turbos i should possibly use i was thinking something like t28s. i know that i am going to require a custom exhaust manifold, dumps, exhaust and so on. Do most t28s come with there own waste gates and if they do would it be a good idea to run a common bleeder between them so they function like one.
