I was under the assumption 650rwhp is good for at least high 10s with the right driving/all else. Arent the 60mm's from Hks/Greddy good for 750 max..or is that Flywheel max?

2) The smallest HKS turbo (T04R) and the smallest GReddy turbo (T78) are both about 67mm. They're good for about 675rwhp-700rwhp through a 6spd without cams, and about 725rwhp-775rwhp through a 6spd with cams.
