i had the AA out
i got the AA out and the light is the engine managment light not the water coolant light the car is a 3L g reg turbo it starts and cuts out it has got some kind of starting problem when you rev it for 3 min it works fine for the rest of the day. The AA said i need to have it digostic check as any when got any ideas please. many thanks

self diagnosis is easy just follow the link http://toyota-supra.info/forums/showthread.php?t=323 let us know what codes you come back with i would probably imagine air flow meter by the sounds of it but ya... let us know what codes you get and we'll be happy to help p.s. good spotting there Tony i'm so used to the term bonnet i didn't even realise it was out of place haha

hi i am in birmingham, england where is the air flow meter the aa said he was not sure in what it could be i am waiting to take it to some one who dose dianostic check only the aa didnot have the plug to do it.

that's why i wrote "self diagnostic"
it doesn't require the plugs you stick a wire in it and you go turn on your key and you get the codes if you had actually read the link you would know you don't need the plug
