I have a non-turbo 1995 supra i was wondering if i can convert it to a twin turbo without spending tons of money?
|
umm... it all depends on the turbo you get and if you do it yourself or have someone else do it... it would probably run you like 4-6,000 though...
by the way would you be interested in joining a nationwide supra club? if so hit me back myha_player@hotmail.com i could get you like a 20 to 30 percent discount on parts for your ride if you join. |
if ppl want to join they will read your thread... keep on topic
slickjester201... really either way it will cost you money to turbo charge ur engine, you could get ur pistons skimmed i think it's .080 (you should cc your engine at the local machine shop to ensure correct compression) and get a 1jz gte head manifold's + turbos and machine in the block for oil feeds and returns and pick up a 2jzgte sump and oil pickup i think that's all right... do a bit of research on the 1.5jz and see what else you can find out... or if thats too much hassle just do a gte swap :) |
thanks for the help
