^ +1 Special Service Tool...or Tool We Made To Try And Get You To Bring Your Car To The Dealer For Service (TWMTTAGYTBYCTTDFS). You can usually be really creative w/ the tools you have available to you to get the job done just as well (and cheaper). If it's for a certain repair, just ask around, someone has probably had to make the same repair at some point and can give you an idea of how it's done.

Ooops, just read the post's specifics...the best way I can think of to make that adjustment to the door is to remove the fender to loosen the hinges. Someone may have a better idea though.
