super monitor?

which models hav this feature? was is just an option when the car came out , its sounds cool to have in a car but dunno if i do or dont.... sumbody tell me where this thing could be in my car

Not to upset you, but I have already posted on like 3 threads in the last month, then I merged and retitled them so that they could be easily accessible.
