WHAT DO YOU THINK THE CAUSE IS . I READ CHILTON SVC MANUAL ON T.S . AND THIS WASN'T IN THE CHART. THE IDLE ONCE THE CAR IS WARMED UP 800 RPM . ALTHOUGH THE ODOR OF FUEL IS STRONG.
check for clogged/borken gas lines or lose hoses for the fuel smell.check for a broken/cracked vacuum line for the low rpm.
is it a burnt exhaust smell or fresh fuel smell?
are the vacuum pipes on the charcoal cannister or leaking? generally leaking vacuum lines will cause the idle to rise a little bit |
