Engine seems powerless until higher RPMs
When i floor it the RPMs raises normally but when it reaches higher RPMs you start to feel it pulling and speeding up quicker, could this mean that i have to change my air filter? cause ever since i've had my supra i havnt changed it and im going to change it really soon because i know i have to change.

That "is" how the power comes on. Turbo cars kick in when the turbo spools up. N/A cars have valve in the intake manifold that changes the flow of the incoming air at about 3000rpm. To give it more torque.

i dont think that will change that much, dont forget you are only getting an intake, there wont b that much diffrence, maybe a bigger exhaust,
not jus the muffler, get a new downpipe, 2.50 straight thru, or even with the cat , maybe after that you'll feel some diffrence

It does nothing to increase intake capacity without increasing the exhaust capacity at the same time. (and visa-versa)
Also, be aware that many aftermarket intake, downpipe, and exhaust set-ups are not street legal in many states. If you care, check this before you buy and install. In California with our BS smog rules, anything good is not street legal so every 2 years when a 'smog certificate' check comes around, you would need to switch back to stock stuff to pass. If you're willing to go to this trouble...save your old stuff if needed. (Don't expect the supplier to tell you it's not street legal...they may not offer this info, but just take your money.)
