I Can Not Get The Wiper Motor To Work On My 1982 Supra, I Bought Another One Off E-bay Tested It, It Worked Fine. I Checked The Fuses And The Relay Under The Hood. I Am Getting Power All The Way To The Relay .other Than The Fuses In The Car I Do Not Know Were To Look.the Manual Said To Look At The Passerger Side Kick Panel But I Could Find Anything .i Do Not Know What To Do Next???? wait, what did I do? when you say you tested it what do you mean? you hooked it straight to power? As far as the Wiper control box its located under the right side kick panel. You have to take out the 3 screws that hold the bottom of the glove box cover in place. Then take out your door sill "kick" plate, now remove the 1 nut on the kick panel and pull it back towards the back of the car. Inside there you will find a panel that has a couple relays and breaker. Your wiper control unit is in there as well as the relay for the rear wiper motor.

Get a test light on the power lead to the wiper motor to see if current is flowing to it. Also, the ground is critical for the motor to work.
