I Can Not Get The Wiper Motor To Work On My 1982 Supra, I Bought Another One Off E-bay Tested It, It Worked Fine. I Checked The Fuses And The Relay Under The Hood. I Am Getting Power All The Way To The Relay .other Than The Fuses In The Car I Do Not Know Were To Look.the Manual Said To Look At The Passerger Side Kick Panel But I Could Find Anything .i Do Not Know What To Do Next????
