you can put it in a bucket
go to a local auto shop and pay they thier disposal fee thats what i do with all the oil in my car, and my family's car

If your in Cali i know pep Boys takes Oil and Coolant for free. I don't know about anywhere else though.

Autozone??? Most repair shops. It cost us $1 a gallon to have it picked up at my shop, so some shops will want to be paid by you to cover the cost.
