need some advice

well i found a fan shroud for 84.99$. my question here is; is it better to stick with the factory fan and shroud, or electric fan.

which product in the end will keep my car cooler in the arizona heat. "110"

any help will be more than appreciated thanks

The factory setup is fine with the fan shroud (a MUST ). Just make sure your fan and clutch are in good condition.

most people go electric to take some load off the engine, and gain a little power.

The clutch actually only locks up when the radiator is really hot, so under normal conditions, HP gains are minimal.

I went electric because my clutch was bad, and a new one was $80. I wanted it bit quieter under the hood, too.

I also hooked up a switch in the car to turn on the little a/c fans manually when ever I want.

The clutch driven fan moves a ton of air. There are electric setups that will flow as much as the stock fan, but you're better off just buying the shroud for $85

so your saying that Im better of with the stock than the electric than.

just making sure because it gets Hot HoT in arizona

the fan shroud is the black plastic covering half of the fan right?
if it is

is the fan shroud in the n/a the same with the turbo?
cuz the turbo im gonna buy doesnt have one

Yes the stock fan moves plenty of air for Arizona heat.
If you find out that the stock fan is insufficient after you install the shroud, first make sure that your fan has 10 blades on it. If it doesn't, find a GTE 10-blade fan. It's what your car was supposed to come with from the factory.
If that still doesn't work, call up champion toyota and order yourself a Tundra V8 Fan clutch. It'll fit right in, and it moves more air with the stock fan than the stock clutch does.

Just make sure everything's in order before you go replacing parts. You could very well do all of this and find out that you've got a clogged radiator... go about it the right way and you'll have no problems. Upgrade as you replace. Typically it's cheaper that way.
