well i found a fan shroud for 84.99$. my question here is; is it better to stick with the factory fan and shroud, or electric fan.
which product in the end will keep my car cooler in the arizona heat. "110" any help will be more than appreciated thanks 88 supra turbo 7MGTE |

No idea on which is better for heat, but if you're going electric, I've been eyeballing this fan...

The factory setup is fine with the fan shroud (a MUST ). Just make sure your fan and clutch are in good condition.
most people go electric to take some load off the engine, and gain a little power. The clutch actually only locks up when the radiator is really hot, so under normal conditions, HP gains are minimal. I went electric because my clutch was bad, and a new one was $80. I wanted it bit quieter under the hood, too. I also hooked up a switch in the car to turn on the little a/c fans manually when ever I want.

The clutch driven fan moves a ton of air. There are electric setups that will flow as much as the stock fan, but you're better off just buying the shroud for $85

i got a question
the fan shroud is the black plastic covering half of the fan right? if it is is the fan shroud in the n/a the same with the turbo? cuz the turbo im gonna buy doesnt have one
